Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the JobGofer website, signing up for JobGofer, or using JobGofer services when available, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
JobGofer helps residential contractors create and manage estimates, quotes, client records, schedules, payments, and job-related information. The core product is built around guided Yes/No quoting to help contractors create more complete quotes with fewer missed line items.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying all prices, quantities, labor, materials, taxes, legal requirements, and final quote accuracy before sending anything to clients. JobGofer is a workflow and organization tool, not a replacement for professional judgment.
No Guarantee
JobGofer does not guarantee job profitability, quote accuracy, legal compliance, or business results. You remain responsible for final decisions, pricing, and client communications.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information secure, and use JobGofer only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or use it to submit harmful or misleading information.
Who We Are
JobGofer is operated by Dylan Reid, doing business as JobGofer.
Free Trial
New accounts get 30 days free with no credit card. After 30 days, you can still log in and view your data, but creating, editing, and sending quotes is locked until you choose a paid plan.
Monthly Plan
The regular price of the monthly plan is $89 per month. While founding spots are available (see Founding Pricing below), new subscribers pay the founding price of $25 per month. The plan is billed through Stripe and renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime in Settings > Subscription. After canceling, you keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Founding Pricing
The first 25 paying customers are founding users. A founding user on the monthly plan keeps the $25/month founding price, instead of the $89/month regular price, for as long as their subscription stays continuously active. If they cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices for anyone else.
Lifetime Access (Founding Users Only)
A one-time payment of $200 gives one account access to the JobGofer service for as long as JobGofer operates the service. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is personal to one account and cannot be transferred or shared. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the JobGofer service, not the purchaser. Future add-ons or separate products may be priced separately. If we ever shut down the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.
Refunds
Monthly plan: no refunds for partial months. Lifetime access: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase; no refunds after that. Refund requests go to info@jobgofer.app.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which may be added at checkout.
Your Data
You own the quotes, prices, and client information you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Intellectual Property
JobGofer, including its name, website content, product design, software, and related materials, is owned by JobGofer or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse JobGofer materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, JobGofer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses related to use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses the service, or creates risk for JobGofer or other users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as JobGofer evolves. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a current effective date.
